We have refined our business model since the Dodd-Frank changes carving out our niche.  If you produce $300,000+ in monthly FHA originations we will treat you like royalty.  We can offer compensation higher than most, at a market rate, while providing a high level of service to you and the transaction enabling you to spend more time originating.

As a company we achieved the benchmark of being the 10th largest government lender in the country last fall!  We are a Full Eagle direct lender in the correspondent lending channel allowing for more flexibility while maintaining control.  We provide underwriting, closing and funding in-house.  We even service loans for our proprietary FHA product which allows for a FICO down to 500!

You will be supported by a team that really knows this business which is critical now more than ever.  Our branch manager (Silas Sutton) is an industry veteran with a stellar track record of getting loans through.  With the backing of his team, Silas has maintained a flawless closing record on Realtor-listed transactions he personally issued an approval letter on for almost 9 full years running and has saved many transactions other lenders could not close.

The rest of our team is comprised of industry veterans that will treat you well and work hard to get your loans through.  You will have the same underwriter and processor for most files, if not all, which is key to efficiency.  When time allows we will wire funds to title one day early which really makes Realtors happy.

Rest assured we will make the transition as smooth as possible for you.  Full benefits are available, we match your 401k contributions and we will enable you to take vacation and NOT have to tend to your files.
